How to Apply

Students interested in concentrating in Comparative Literature need to file an application in the fall of their sophomore year.

Class of 2019, applications to Comparative Literature were due on Friday, October 28th 2016, by 4 pm. If you wish to inquire about applying after the deadline, please contact our DUS.

Here is the Comparative Literature Application Form.
Please submit the following items with your application:

  • Your unofficial transcript
  • An essay that addresses a literary topic

You may turn in your application in person in our Undergraduate Comp Lit office, Dana-Palmer House room 106, 16 Quincy St, or via email to Isaure Mignotte, the Comp Lit Program Coordinator.

If you have any questions about the Comparative Literature Concentration, our Director of Undergraduate Studies, Dr. Sandra Naddaff, will be happy to answer any of your questions.
