Congratulations to Professor David Stern for being named a Walter Channing Cabot Fellow!

On April 10, 2018, David Stern, Harry Starr Professor of Classical and Modern Hebrew and Jewish Literature and Professor of Comparative Literature, and the Director of the Center for Jewish Studies, was named a Cabot Fellow for the current academic year. The Walter Channing Cabot Fellowships are given annually to a select few faculty colleagues in recognition of their achievements and scholarly eminence in the fields of “literature, history or art, as such terms may be liberally interpreted…” Professor Stern was honored with this award to reflect his outstanding contributions to his field, including the publication of The Jewish Bible: A Material History.
