Research Fields: Performing art and human rights, role games and conflict resolution, drama techniques and win-win negotiation, Comparative Literature and Dramatherapy, theatre workshops and social coaching. For my PhD I studied plays written by Nobel Peace Prize-laureate Elie Wiesel. My goal was to better understand how a survivor could use theater to get a better impact with witness testimony. I also wanted to demonstate the switch in status from a victim into a more positive leadership-role as a storyteller that theatre techniques and positive psychology allow.
