A Celebration of Translations at Harvard
Join us for an evening of literary translation featuring readings and a book raffle.
Last year’s reading received such enthusiastic praise that we have decided to repeat the event, with new, recent, and forthcoming translation work from faculty, students, and staff at Harvard. We will have a raffle for copies of some of our guest translators’ books, as well as snacks and drinks. Please join us for a festive evening of words and languages!
This event is also part of the Rethinking Translation Seminar.
Refreshments will be served.
Founded as a graduate program in 1904 and joining with the undergraduate Literature Concentration in 2007, Harvard’s Department of Comparative Literature operates at the crossroads of multilingualism, literary study, and media history.
