The sophomore tutorial in Comparative Literature examines fundamental questions about literature, language, and culture through a variety of texts drawn from a broad spectrum of languages, time periods, and genres. Taught by a faculty member in Comparative Literature, the sophomore tutorial is reserved for Comp Lit concentrators and special field students, it is structured as a seminar, and is reading and writing intensive.
