Yam Traiber, PhD Student in Comparative Literature, will present her recently published book of short stories (Pardes Publishing House, Aug. 2025)
Two other graduate students will be participating in this conversation with the author: Dalia Wolfson, from our department, and Gal Dafadi, from Brandeis University.
Together, they will discuss the book in a wider context of surrealism, the absurd, and feminine writing in Israel and in the Jewish world.
Founded as a graduate program in 1904 and joining with the undergraduate Literature Concentration in 2007, Harvard’s Department of Comparative Literature operates at the crossroads of multilingualism, literary study, and media history.
