Each year, the FAS proudly recognizes outstanding faculty members through a series of annual awards which honor excellence in teaching, advising, scholarship, and other contributions that further the academic mission of FAS. At the Faculty Meeting on May 7, 2024, FAS Edgerley Dean Hopi Hoekstra presented awards to the following recipients who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their fields of study and to supporting student intellectual growth and development.
We are delighted that two of our own professors received the following award this year:
Walter Channing Cabot Fellows are selected in honor of their outstanding contributions to their fields, including their notable publications.
Founded as a graduate program in 1904 and joining with the undergraduate Literature Concentration in 2007, Harvard’s Department of Comparative Literature operates at the crossroads of multilingualism, literary study, and media history.
