Harvard students interested in concentrating in Comparative Literature need to submit the form below in the fall of their sophomore year:
DECLARING COMPARATIVE LITERATURE FORM
You will be asked to submit the following items along with the form:
• Your unofficial transcript.
• An essay that you have written in College that speaks to your intellectual interests.
Please complete this form so that we can learn more about your interests. There is no deadline for completion, but we look forward to hearing from you. After the declaration deadline, we will be in touch with all our new concentrators to schedule an advising conversation with our Director of Undergraduate Studies, Dr. Sandra Naddaff. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our DUS at snaddaff@fas.harvard.edu. Remember that you must officially declare your concentration on my.harvard by the Registrar’s office deadline: Friday, October 10, 2025.
Please contact our Comp Lit Undergraduate Program Coordinator, if you have any technical issues with your Declaration form: Isaure Mignotte, mignotte@fas.harvard.edu
