Literary Translation at Harvard: Faculty and Student Showcase
Join us for an evening of literary translation featuring readings and a book raffle.
The event will celebrate book-length translations recently published by faculty members including Daniel Aguirre-Oteiza, Jonathan Bolton, David Damrosch, Annabel Kim, Spencer Lee-Lenfield, Luke Leafgren, and Greg Nagy, and by graduate students including Alex Braslavsky, Adam Mahler, and Lara Norgaard.
This event is also part of the Rethinking Translation Seminar.
Refreshments will be served.
Founded as a graduate program in 1904 and joining with the undergraduate Literature Concentration in 2007, Harvard’s Department of Comparative Literature operates at the crossroads of multilingualism, literary study, and media history.
